Motivation and self-discipline are often credited for success on many levels. They are also credited for developing successful habits.
Which has translated to people feeling badly about themselves when they don’t currently have the habits they believe they SHOULD have in this moment.
The problems with habits and how people have talked about them is the same problem we have with success strategies for health and fitness, for business, for productivity, for efficiency, for creativity - the quotes and systems were all designed by and for a specific plug and play lifestyle.
