Who you think you are is a collection of ideas and feedback you received over your lifetime. You are also responsible for encouraging or discouraging the people in your life: how to exist, what to pursue, what to avoid ever doing again.
Feedback is subtle and blatant but most importantly, it can be liberating if you are aware of the way it works and how it's happening in your life every day.
