After 3 hours of preparing and even recording several episodes, I gave up because nothing felt authentic. I felt like I was forcing it, I was not in the flow and decided to pack it in for the day and try again later.
And then just before I headed out to go home, I pushed record. Where in your life are you feeling resistance? Where are you worried about disappointing people?
