How you start your morning is often how you feel throughout your whole day. And most people are muddling through their morning hours reacting and responding to the world around them, feeling defeated and unsatisfied with their productivity by the time they go to sleep.
I used to feel like I was failing when I didn't do all 5 things on my morning routine list. And that meant that I was starting the day with this dread of "I couldn't even do that right."
In today's episode, I share some observations, my morning practice currently, and some tips on how to shift your relationship with a morning routine so that it inspires you and sets your mental filter for the day.
